Cancellation:

Cancellation of any appointment must be advised to Alpha IT no later than 2 hours on the day of the appointment. Alpha IT reserves the right to invoice any Customer where cancellation occurs less than two hours prior to any appointment.

Payment for Services:

The Customer will pay Alpha IT the amount stated on the provided invoice at the time Alpha IT attends the Customer's premises. Alpha IT will endeavour to diagnose and/or remedy the problem(s) and repair the computer or laptop described by the Customer at the start of the appointment. If the discussed repair or problem(s) have not been resolved by the end of the first hour, Alpha IT will discuss with the Customer whether they wish to proceed with the repair. The Customer can end the appointment at any time. On the Customers request to end the appointment, the customer will pay Alpha IT the amount incurred in respect of any additional time, if any, beyond the first hour's attendance. Payment is to be made in cash, or cheque.
